The catalog of our main university library shows that we have a copy of this
publication on *microfiche* [8 microfiches, to be exact], produced by Scolar
Press. Is it possible that it came out only in microform?
At any rate, I would imagine the microfiches could be borrowed on
Inter-Library Loan, if that helps . . .
