Pat,
The St. Lawrence Chapel, Cathedral of Strasbourg has stained glass panel
in which Christ leads Adam and Eve by the hand. I'm not sure of the date
of this panel. The child-like figure you refer to is probably from the
Assumption of the Virgin, in which Christ is often shown holding the
Virgin's soul.
