Although the request is a bit old now, I recently came across
illustrations of a reliquary of the Virgin's milk, which was in the
Sainte-Chapelle in Paris until it was melted down at the Revolution.
It was a relatively modest sized metalwork container of a shape
somewhat like a bulb of garlic, and was hung from above by a chain
rather than resting on a base. In all of these respects, it seems to
have resembled the neighbouring reliquary of Christ's blood. The
recent book by Leniaud and Perrot on the Sainte-Chapelle has a number
of illustrations.
