integrated access to large and growing collection of academic and
professional journals from a number of publishers.

Journal issues are available on or before their print publication date
and appear in their entirety. The service is essentially available 24
hours a day and seven days a week.

Records in FirstSearch databases are being linked to corresponding
full-text articles from journals available through Electronic
Collections Online and all relevant FirstSearch databases will be
linked to Electronic Collections Online. Articles from these journals
can be retrieved directly from records in linked databases, rather than
finding a citation in a database and then checking for the article in
Electronic Collections Online.

For more information about Electronic Collections Online, a service
overview and a guide tour see http://www/oclc.org/menu.eco.htm
The Abstracts and Index file is available only to those Institutions
taking up the CHEST FirstSearch Base Package (6.1) or "The CHEST OCLC

journals is only available when the Institution has a subscription
agreement with a publisher for journal(s). Journal subscriptions must
be ordered from publishers or subscription agents.

* Access to all citations in the service
* Print quality article representation (for articles in journals for which
Institutions have a subscription)
* Activity Reports
* Technical and Product Support
* Archiving (Institutions have access 'for ever' to journals for which
