I am curious to know how operable this standard is. Has it been
accepted smoothly by the _developers_ in those organizations?
For instance, does this standard applicable to an imported code,
something often happen in scientific computation systems? Also,
there seem some _rules_ conflicting with current well known or not
so weel known issues in Fortran 90 compilers.
