This one came my way last week.
You are 'phoned by a Community Physician asking for advice on the further
investigation of a 63 year old male patient complaining of erectile
dysfunction. The patient's serum testosterone has been measured: it was
58.5 nmol/L (male reference range 9 - 41 nmol/L).
Comment (maximum 2 lines if possible) and/or further action to me please
([log in to unmask]), not to the mailbase.
The scored Summary of this case will be sent out next week; but Case 37
will not appear until September - the Assessors and myself are taking what
I hope participants will agree is a well-earned Summer break.
CME-registered participants will receive a ranked summary of their comment
scores during August (when I get round to it).
Meanwhile, thank you everyone for your comments and support for this
exercise.
Best wishes
Gordon Challand
