gamma-GT is less specific than 5'-NT as a surrogate for hepatic alk. phos.
isoenzyme, but it meets your other criteria.
If you back it up with an occasional batch of proper alk phos isoenzyme
studies, you will find that a clinically helpful combination - (at least
our exacting clinical colleagues seem to think so)!
Best wishes, Les Culank.
