I like the idea, but we might have to make it a series. There are
soooo many misconceptions :-)
There is a precedent for a book created out of a discussion on a list :
Ralph Mathisen and Hagith Sivan 1996. Shifting Frontiers in Late
Antiquity. I'll make some enquires about how they went about it.
And I must disclaim responsibility for the list of sources for a round
medieval world. That was provided by Julia Bolton Holloway, who
really started the train of thought rolling.
