As I recall, Guy Bougerol published an introduction to the study of St.
Bonaventure. I believe it is still in print--I think I saw it out of the
corner of my eye at Kalamazoo. But I don't have a precise title, nor do I
recall exactly how comprehensive it is--I used it 20 years ago in graduate
school. It think it is probably vol. 1 in the series of Bonaventure's
works in translation published by St. Anthony's in New Jersey. It would
now be about 30 years out-of-date, unless a revised edition was issued.
Incidentally, my sense from reading reviews is that Weisheipl is
effectively replaced by Stephen? Torrill's (spelling may not be quite
right) mew book on Aquinas, one volume of which is now available in
English from Catholic University of America Press and a second volume is
on its way. The title is something like _Thomas Aquinas: Life and Work_.
That's the best I can do from memory. Perhaps someone else can fill in
the details.
