Yes. Bennet & Kerr have a lovely barn full of medieval titles out in
Abingdon. They're really a mail order firm, so the thing to do is subscribe
to their catalog and send specific requests. They tend to have many volumes
of Rolls, Camden, & EETS series in stock. The prices are reasonable & I've
even gotten some bargains over the years.
I concur with the original poster that Oxford is surprisingly poor in used
books for medievalists. Blackwells seems to be catering to the tourist
trade now with endless editions of *Winnie the Pooh* and fine bindings of no
scholarly interest.
Of course, seeing this note cross the net was like reading a rave review of
my favorite restaurant & realizing that it's been "discovered".
