Actually, his atelier produced 3 collections-- the 3rd is the Tripartita.
His little treatise on legal exigesis traditionally attributed to the
Panormia is justly fameous as a piece of legal reasoning and for its
contribution to the theory of dispensation. Ivo's seperation between the
religious aspects and the worldly one's of a bps. office ultimately led to
the solving of the investiture problmem. He was a strong supporter of the
peace and truce of God and the crusades.
