Anselm of canterbury refers to Paschal II as Supreme Pontiff and Your
Prudence, Your Holiness, Your Highness
Mathilda of Tuscany (inter epistolas Anselmi) refers to him as Your
Paternity, Most Holy and venerable Father, Bishop of the Prime See
not having the Latin to hand, I am relying here on the English
translation, but can vouch that it is very accurate and literal!
