Mary Suydow also asked about Lanfranc. I don't know of full translations
but others may. You might find sizeable excerpts from all participants
in Paul Palmer, ed., _The Sacraments and Forgiveness_ (Westminster, Md.:
Newman Press, 1959), which is an anthology of texts on the sacraments. I
don't have it in front of me to see how much it contains.
I'm afraid that most of the disputants in the Eucharistic controversy
have not been translated because the issues have been neglected in
undergraduate and general graduate instruction over the last few decades;
plenty of secondary discussions have been offered over the same period,
but by specialists who can handle the Latin. The wide range of
translations of medieval texts for university instruction has probably
tended to bypass the Eucharistic debates because they have been
considered arcane and secondary to the main trends of medieval thought.
But perhaps someone knows of a translation of Lanfranc and of Berengar
and can explode my explanation!
