The original name for this element was SUBJECT, which is more neutral
about whether the value is formal or informal. Neither DESCRIPTION
nor KEYWORDS does justice to the opposite, though one might argue that
the informal DESCRIPTION can encompass the formal KEYWORDS but not the
other way around.
So my preferences are:
1. SUBJECT
2. DESCRIPTION
3. DESCRIPTION and KEYWORDS
(Not that I care too much anyway.)
