ISO 639 part 2 (Codes for the representation of names of languages--alpha3
code) is currently a Draft International Standard and is being ballotted
now. We should hear fairly soon whether it passed. The Library of Congress
will be the maintenance agency (called registration authority) if this
standard passes. Right now I wouldn't want to put up the list since we're
not yet sure of its status. I doubt that ISO would have put it up (I don't
recall sending them a machine-readable copy).
