Granted, but then the embedded in HTML 2.0 DC metadata is really there for
attaching DC stuff to those millions of legacy HTML 2.0 (and 3.2)
documents that are already out there. Maybe HTML 4.0 will have some
proper structural markup for things like Author and Publishers as well as
just Title in the HEAD (we can dream... :-) ).
