This just shows how willing and desperate people were to find patterns in
nature in those days.
The people of the age were looking for any way to explain life patterns
where as we have many of the answerHs on a plate and since the majority
were I thing to buizzy to think deeply on the subject simple patterns were
made to alai the problems of the day.
some groups used this situation to gain influence and power with the
people the same as has happened today with some cults by providing a
background belief to live and work by.
