I'll give a more detailed reply at a later date. As far as complete
collections go, see The Collection in Seventy-Four Titles: A Canon Law
Manual of the Gregorian Reform, trans. and ann. John Gilchrist (Medieval
Sources in Translation 22; Toronto, 1980). There are some useful trans. of
canonical materials found in the appendices to The Peace of God. Social
Violence and Religious Response in France Around the Year 1000, ed. Thomas
Head and Richard Landes. But caveat lector: though most of the trans. are
good, some are inaccurate and should be checked against the original and
corrected for the students use.
