I think you can probably get away with asking about HTML 3.2 instead --
the W3C seems to me to be trying to avoid the IETF and standardisation
as much as possible in its push to add features and placate the big players.
So they have published HTML 3.2 on <URL:http://www.w3.org/>.
Does anyone know if this adds a CLASS attribute to META and LINK?
