I did not hear the programme but I assume it would be about St
William of Norwich. Lincoln has its own child saint, Little St Hugh,
who was also supposedly killed by Jews, albeit at a younger age;
there are many more examples throughout medieval Europe. The topic
of medieval child martyrs was discussed on this list some months ago.
