I think this is almost certainly an impossible request, but I for one
couldn't say without knowing whence you derive the term "school of
religion, Oxford". However, the relevant volume of the *History of
the University of Oxford* might yield something, as might the
publications of the Oxford Historical Society. I also note that there
is no James/Jacob Barne/Barney in the pre-1715 *Alumni Oxonienses*.
These points suggest to me that the "school of religion" was some kind
of establishment for the sons of Dissenters, but I've no idea whether
any of the non-Anglican colleges currently in existence can trace
their existence back to such an establishment.
