At least one of the new list owners needs to meet JiscMail criteria, https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/groups/startagroup/grouprequestform.html . They should be employed by UK higher education, FE institution, research community, educational support organisation, or a Jisc funded project or service (and they are using the email address associated with this organisation to manage the list). 

If no new owner(s) can be found, I'm afraid the list will have to close as I will no longer be able to manage it.
