Research Fellow £34,804 - £40,322 per annum - Grade 7 1.0 FTE
Research Assistant £30,942 - £33,797 pro rata per annum - Grade 6 .6 FTE
These two posts are fixed-term for 2.5 years.
The CAMERA research group wish to appoint two individuals - a Research Fellow and a Research Assistant to join the NIHR HS&DR funded RESTORE 2 project team. CAMERA is a leading research group in the UK conducting research into the creation and retention of a sustainable healthcare workforce.
This is an opportunity to be part of important research on the remediation of doctors in the UK that will directly shape policy and practice. Working directly with five NHS sites this project will use realist evaluation and participatory research approaches to optimise the delivery of remediation programmes for doctors.
We are seeking both a Research Fellow and Research Assistant with relevant research expertise to lead the collection and analysis of data from interviews, focus groups, observations, and documentary sources, and to write-up findings for dissemination. The role will involve working collaboratively with colleagues in the CAMERA team, in Peninsula Medical School, and externally to help deliver this multidisciplinary qualitative project.
