Dear All,
Thanks again for those that responded to my outreach for works, publications, individuals and groups looking at the interaction between design thinking and distributed cognition (through design representation).

DTRS13 POSTPONED to March 22-24, 2022: Second call for papers
The conference, 13th in the Design Thinking Research Symposia (DTRS)
series, is being postponed because of COVID19. It will be held at the
Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel. The theme of the
conference is: Expanding the frontiers of design: A blessing or a curse?
In this we point to the recent increasing involvement in design of agents
who originate in other fields, notably management. To some this is a great
opportunity for growth, to others it is an appropriation of designers'
roles by others, thereby in fact decreasing their activities and standing
in the field of design. More on this conflict can be found in the
conference's website, https://dtrs13.net.technion.ac.il/ .
We will publish digital proceedings (with an ISBN number); selected papers
will be published in an edited book (an agreement has been signed with CRC
Press, an imprint of Taylor & Francis), and in special issue(s) of
journal(s). An international program committee will review the submitted
papers (see website).
We have already received dozens of abstracts but due to the postponement of
the conference we are announcing a second round of call for papers. There
are two submission options: A full paper by July 1, 2021, or: a 1-2 page
abstract by May 1, 2021, and a full paper by September 1, 2021. Submit to:
