Dale McArthur is a Nakota/Dakota Songwriter and producer from White Bear First Nations in Saskatchewan. The storytelling and driving music are both backed by his soulful and energetic guitars. Whether performing acoustic performances in intimate venues, amp driven blues, or rock based stage shows, Dale’s guitar writing is also the energy behind his range of songwriting.
His experience as a guitarist and songwriter comes from being the lead guitarist in a unique and successful Cree Language hard rock power-trio throughout the early 2000s. He has recorded and released three albums, recorded singles, performed several festivals, and shared stages with some of the industry’s most successful bands at the time.
Performing as a solo artist and when fronting a backing trio, Dale has two independent releases under his belt along with some notable performances.
Dale looks to the release of his third album “Pejuta (Medicine) Road” that preserves his threatened Nakota language and stories of his culture blended with his contemporary Roots/Rock and Blues.
Kind Regards,
Harry
