Hello!
I am currently trying to preprocess a group of participants using FSL that each have three runs of imaging data. Five random participants each have one run that will not complete. The process continually fails during film_gls and I cannot figure out why it is failing. I do not believe it is a RAM issue or a faulty file, as RAM is not maxed out I have have recreated the fsf file and the issue still remains. Also, when the FILM option is not on, then the file runs fine. I did find that four of the five participants have high motion values, and we now suspect that the process is failing because of excess movement and the program cannot deal with the movement appropriately. I am curious if there is anything I can do to fix this? I do not want to drop these participants, but I cannot figure out how to get these participants to run. In case it is helpful, the error message is below in the report log is below.
