What’s up everyone! Does anyone know if there is a way to perform whole brain segmentation using FIRST (or something similar)? I have avoided using FAST because my analysis requires that I use a registered image only (a non- betted image) and FIRST generates anatomical labels among other outputs useful for my analysis but only for the subcortical regions of the brain.
My input is a NifTI image and I would want the following FIRST outputs but for ALL regions of the brain (not only subcortical regions):
a nifti image
.bvars files
.vtk files
Furthermore, I would want the volumes for the corresponding the labels/voxels using fslstats or more precisely - the outputs from the following FSL commands:
run_first_all MY_FILE_NAME……
fslstats MY_FILE_NAME_all_fast_firstseg…..
If anyone has any insight for this process or any suggestions on how to generate this data it would be very helpful. Thanks!
