Is that want you meant? We produce but don't send a file and then send the request via email. I don't believe that EDI will work, just as it doesn't with BTECs.

I do this with registrations and unit entries. Although when I've just looked at OCR Guide it states:
Need to make changes?
If you need to make new entries for candidates, you can send us an EDI amendment file.
If you want to amend or withdraw any of your existing entries, you must not send an EDI amendment file as this will simply create duplicate entries. Instead, please email the team with the details:
[log in to unmask]
You can withdraw test unit entries via email and receive a refund until the relevant series deadline.
You can only withdraw a qualification entry if no claims or test entries have been made against that entry

Thanks Sue. This is what I am thinking of doing. We have done Level 2 old specs up until now and this is what I have done, but never had unit entries before.

We don't use Unit-e....but
I must admit that after I have sent my initial entry files I do any additional unit entries/registrations directly on OCR Interchange and reflect them on our database.
Any withdrawals of registrations or examined units, I sent to OCR by email.
Not sure if this is the correct way to do it and I may be creating more work for myself but I always think Cambridge Technicals are a bit tricky!

Can I ask what you all do about amendments for Camb Techs - new specs?
Do you send all amendments via A2C after you initial entry files, as you would with GQs? We were on the OCR Camb Tech training this week and we've noted down that any later registrations after the initial file has been sent can be sent via an amendment file via A2C but any withdrawals should be emailed to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. We use Unit E (unfortunately). Surely the next time we want to make another registration, it will pick up the withdrawal too?
