One thing that people often don't mention when they discuss the Swedish
approach is that what works in Sweden (which is sparsely populated
except Stockholm and maybe two further cities, and which has a
population generally quite keen on following government advice without
asking many questions) wouldn't necessarily work everywhere; even
ignoring for once the issue whether it actually "works" in Sweden...
