Ella, a humble example. In the beginning, the Snapchat app was popular
for the difficulty of using its interface… they presume that this helped
to spread the app to friends and connect because they were in the need
of help to understand how to use some features. Unfortunately, I can’t
find the article where this was mentioned. Hope it helps.
