As for the SPM spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.vox = [2 2 2], you mentioned that it encodes the voxel sizes that I want to have in the spatially normalised images. Is this the value that then must match i.e. atlases? And does this value depend on the original acquisition resolution? Let's say my voxel dimensions are 4x4x4 mm. What would be the right spatial normalisation parameters? [3 3 3] or [2 2 2] or [4 4 4], and what are the consequencies to choosing either? Thanks (I see that different packages use different standards [SPM uses 2x2x2 while dparfsa uses [3x3x3]).
