Dear Dave,
Manchester is fully involved in the ATLAS/WLCG effort.
Please let me know if your site develops significant involvement in any of these areas. It is possible we may want to set up some managerial or technical coordination across GridPP, if or when the need arises.
just in case I created yesterday a GridPP group on the FAH site. I can submit the same containerized jobs we have been submitting as part of the ATLAS effort over the weekend but using Dirac and the gridpp VO. I just tested it.

Dear GridPP Sites:
GridPP encourages sites to consider whether their computational resources can usefully support local, national, or global efforts to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic. We note that, collectively, the UK delivers well over the pledged amount of computing resources
to the LHC experiments, averaged over the year and that it would be entirely possible for sites to use significant resources to support Covid research without risking delivery of the annual UK pledges to WLCG. We suggest that your priorities should be:
a) To support any Covid research efforts at your own institution.
b) To join any structured usage of resources by national/international efforts (see for example WLCG and EGI links below)
c) To offer unused cycles to efforts such as [log in to unmask]
