John Hopkins University seem to be having some success in recovering/isolating and purifying neutralising antibodies in patients who have recovered from Covid 19. https://www.globalhealthnow.org/2020-03/covid-19s-stop-gap-solution-until-vaccines-and-antivirals-are-ready
This seems to be a pragmatic solution for selected patients suffering the disease while we all wait for a vaccine. Interestingly, China has exported 90 tonnes of plasma product to Italy to assist in their outbreak. Does anyone know if this is being looked at in the UK. Guessing it would be a project for the NBTS
