Dear Colleagues
Happy New Year
Please see below a link to a 12 month fixed-term clinical scientist post at NHS Tayside, closing date is the 17th of January.
https://apply.jobs.scot.nhs.uk/internal/displayjob.aspx?jobid=13226
The post is being offered on an initial basis as fixed term, with one of the key roles being to support the initial set-up of a high resolution accurate mass spectrometer method for measurement of drugs in abuse in oral fluid. Delivery of this project is linked to recurring funding with the post marked to become substantive thereafter.
The Blood Sciences department has won multiple healthcare awards in 2019, including the UNIVANTS of Healthcare Excellence awards for the work undertaken in establishing Intelligent Liver Function Testing process.
Dundee was voted as the best place to live in Scotland in 2019 (not just our biased view, see the Sunday Times video link https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/dundee-best-places-to-live-r2lwq7tkx#) and the department has good links with both Universities in Dundee.
