medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Illustrated here:

[move the mouse pointer over the contraction for details]
This tutorial begins at:
http://www.historicalresources.myzen.co.uk/PAL/palindex.html
It was initiated in the late 90s. The principle is that you can move
the mouse pointer over words for clarification. In the practical
section of medieval pal, the texts are image mapped for comment on
each word and its contractions. It has not, however, been updated
since 2003.
