At Aston we have developed a program called Baseline for Foundation Year students.

I’m afraid it is not a commercial package, however at the Open University I have devised a program that does exactly what you have described.
Amongst other things, I will be talking about it at the SIGMA event on distance learning at Staffordshire University on the 3rd July. If you are attending that event I would be happy to show it to you in more detail.
If not, I’m more that happy to talk through it at some other time.

Dear Colleagues,
Durham university Foundation Programme is planning to develop online learning resources for maths for students before they arrive. The aim is to reduce the gaps among the students who entry the degree. The targeted students are mature students who have not studied maths for many years and their GCSE grades are B or below.
We don’t want to reinvent wheel, so would like to find out if there is any free or commercial package available at GCSE level? Any information is appreciated.
