Hi Tom, all,
Unfortunately I cannot join the call today, but I've voted on all issues
and they seem relatively straightforward to resolve. I also added some
rather minor comments to a couple of them.
I have nothing to add to the current discussion on #72, this isn't
something I have much experience about.
