Dear List Members,
sorry for the previous message that was sent before I finished to write it.
My question comes actually from my colleagues of the Faculty of Design and
Art of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano who want to understand what
happens at international level with Research Assesment and especially in
Great Britain and Australia (which have assessemnt systems similar to the
Italian one).
Do designer also submit projects like actually produced products or
actually published graphic projects as outocomes of research to be assessed?
In case they do, how are they assessed?
On what ground are they chosen to be submitted?
I see that in UK for graphic design there has been a conference discussing
similar issues (
http://www.eyemagazine.com/blog/post/if-you-know-where-to-look). I wonder
if there has been something similar for product design.
Thank you
Alvise Mattozzi
