Dear Ken,
First of all please let me add [missed unintentionally] a word
“selection-criteria”, in the place of “selection” in the first line of my
previous email to David.
Now, please be clear, I had strong disagreement using “WHITE elderly MALE”
[here: WHITE and MALE - both of these words, used by David is objectionable
in my views]! I believe core-competency should be in principle focus,
rather than his focuses over GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION [Atlantic West Only], RACE
[White Only], GENDER [Male Only], CULTURAL PREDISPOSITION of his native
land!
Now, let me allow to transliterate David’s statement as:
*["…suggestions will be welcomed off list. In the interests of balance I
would prefer someone complementary to my cultural predisposition as a white
elderly male from the Atlantic West.”]* : *[“…**सुझावों का सूची से स्वागत
Dear Ken, let me know, why we members are here? Just to increase group
membership – if there is no any importance and respect for none-white,
female and for people not belonging from the subjected land! This will
offer which type of “BALANCE”? I am unable to understand, please let me
clear.
*Best Regards,*
