I hope my email finds you well. We would like to invite you to
contribute chapters to the book entitled Teaching Academic Writing as
a Discipline-Specific Skill in Higher Education.
The book is intended to survey the “ways of writing” in higher
education in a variety of scholarly environments. Disciplinary
contexts comprise both hard and soft sciences. The book is meant to
explore three major themes: (1) Reasons to Write in Higher Education,
(2) Academic Writing Practices / Challenges in Higher Education and
(3) Initiation of Novice Scholars into Disciplinary Writing
Conventions.
