I hope you had a restful / enjoyable festive period and have settled into the new year!
We only have a few places left for the next 'Building Library Labs' event in March as we are close to capacity, so if you would like to attend please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
The event will be held at the Royal Danish Library in Copenhagen, Denmark on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 March 2019. Thanks to Katrine Gasser for organising, a booking form is available here:

I will shortly be sending out an invitation to an online zoom call to agree the agenda. There is a general feeling that the event should be focussed on moving forward and getting things done. The kinds of things that are emerging after chatting to folks are:
- Booksprint planning (process, shaping contents, funding)
- Funding for Building Library Labs group (exploring funding streams)
- New collaborative international projects
- 'Off the record debate' (open debate based on 'Chatham House' rules)
- Update on Labs activity (development of new 'Labs', useful reports, new ideas and projects, tools)
- Working with Galleries, Archives and Museum 'Labs' / smaller Labs
- Funding models for Labs
- Successes and Failures
...etc
I think this will keep us busy!
All the best
