I am organising a virtual zoom meeting to plan the next face to face meeting we are having in Copenhagen on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 of March 2019. 

I would quickly like to know your preferences of when you might be able to participate to discuss the agenda and other aspects of the workshop.
