Hi,
We have had similar issues with a tutor being the main contact, as certificates were sent out before being recorded and the tutor was disregarding various compliance requests from AAT which only went to the main contact. We have since changed the main contact to be the exams team and, apart from some marketing material and their monthly magazine, we find very little needs to be redirected from us to the tutors.

They are for the attention of Centre Contact which is the tutor this very frustrating as they go off in Summer so I have to check her pigeon hole weekly during July and August!!!! I asked AAT to change it me but they said they have to go to the centre contact??

If we register students for AAT quals the certificates come directly to us. If the students registers themselves the certs go directly to them. We then check the website to see if they have passed so we can record the achievement.

Hi All Happy New Year!
I just wondered what Centres delivering AAT quals have in place for the AAT certificates?
Do the certificates come into centre or go out direct to the students?
Ours come into centre so we can scan a copy for WBL frameworks etc.
For those that also have them come into centre who do they come for the attention of Exams Officer or Qualification deliverer?
AAT have advised the certificates can only come to the main centre contact.
The Tutor is worried if she is not down as the main contact she may miss out on communications she needs although its important the certificates come to Exams so they are tracked and processed correctly.
Just wondered how other centres manage it.
