Just a heads up, we went up to Encore 4.7SP3 on Monday as we had an issue, and now all our 856’s have disappeared from the full records on Encore.
They still appear in the results list.
It has been reported as a bug…

Was looking at this, mainly because III are our installing prod encore next week and I don’t want a different/broken version, especially as we hide all our 856s on the results page!
Looks to be a style issue with the new Innovative dpstyles.css. I was looking at your site, and as a stopgap, if you add the following to your header within Encore Customisation (or you can add it to the javascript section instead if you just want to definitely ensure the change only occurs on the full record page):

display: block!important;
}
</style>

Hi
We had this issue when we upgraded yesterday to SP3 – ours was an upgrade from 4.5 to 4.7.3. III rolled us back to SP2 where it doesn’t happen.
Innovative stated it was a known issue but that “our services group typically doesn’t consult on known issues unless a consult is included in the order”. So we have to ask what won’t work before we have an upgrade then as this bug is not on the Known Issues page currently and will we have to pay extra for this knowledge?
They have said they will ask the sales team to include known issues in their discussions with customers in future.
