Hope everyone is well.
I just wondered if anyone has been experiencing problems with the Edexcel POP software for Functional Skills exams?
For the past couple of weeks we have been having trouble when running these exams. We have logged our students into the exam with no problems but after about 10 minutes the invigilator computer shows that they are not connected. The students have completed their exam but there has been nothing to upload.
This seems to have happened since the software has been updated
