Michael,
Thank you. When I use --tis 4.525 for oxford_asl and asl_calib my CBF values are > 300 (after dividing the perfusion image by m0 and multiplying by 6000; step 3). However, when I use --tis 1.8, my CBF values fall within a normal range. Do you see any obvious errors?
1. oxford_asl -i mc_perfusion_image -o Oxford_ASL --tis 4.525 --casl -m m0_brain_mask
2. asl_calib -c m0 -s t1_brain.nii.gz -t m0_brain_to_t1_brain.mat --mode longtr --tr 5.07 -i Oxford_ASL/native_space/perfusion.nii.gz -o Oxford_ASL/calib --of Oxford_ASL/native_space/perfusion_calib.nii.gz --Mo Oxford_ASL/calib/M0.txt --csfmaskingoff --tis 4.525 --osen Oxford_ASL/native_space/sensitivity.nii.gz
3. fslmaths perfusion.nii.gz -div m0_brain.nii.gz -mul 6000 CBF.nii.gz

It appears that the bolus duration and inversion times are silent carryovers from another sequence.
