FSL Experts,
I would like to confirm the parameters of my pcASL analysis.
pcASL Sequence parameters:
Bolus duration: 700 ms
Inversion time: 1800 ms
PLD: 2500 ms
M0 tr = 5070
The BASIL user guide states:
"cASL or pcASL: TI = PLD + Labelling duration"
The sequence labels for 108 blocks at 18.4 ms, with 360 microsecond gaps, which yields a labeling duration of 2.025 seconds.
The PLD is 2500 ms.
So, TI would be 2500 + 2.025 = 4.525.
Is this correct? If so, do the following commands appear appropriate?
oxford_asl -i mc_perfusion_image -o Oxford_ASL --tis 4.525 --casl -m m0_brain_mask
asl_calib -c m0 -s t1_brain.nii.gz -t m0_brain_to_t1_brain.mat --mode longtr --tr 5.07 -i Oxford_ASL/native_space/perfusion.nii.gz -o Oxford_ASL/calib --of Oxford_ASL/native_space/perfusion_calib.nii.gz --Mo Oxford_ASL/calib/M0.txt --csfmaskingoff --tis 4.525 --osen Oxford_ASL/native_space/sensitivity.nii.gz
