I know that prevention of smoking is a case often cited in discussions of realist evaluation.
Could anyone point me to theories - frameworks and mechanisms - about prevention of smoking in young people that I should take into account?
I will be looking into theories and methodology in school based interventions to prevent smoking among young people, i.e. to prevent them from beginning to smoke or to help smokers stop smoking.
