As other people in the forum, when running topup I got this error "Topup: msg=topup_clp::topup_clp: Subsampling levels incompatible with image data" and I decided to create a new configuration file removing the subsampling level lines, such as:

# Precision for calculation and storage of Hessian

# Linear or spline interpolation

My question is: is it okay to simply remove the subsampling level lines? I saw in another post that they could also be modified.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
