Just a quick note. You need to look at the context not the labelling to understand what is happening. Put simply, the labelling is a demonstration of the anti-smoking lobby power over the real estate of the label. Beyond that, there are legal prohibitions against smoking in public places and price constraints. The cheapest cigarettes you can legally buy in Australia cost AUS$1 dollar each.
